Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from us. By ordering, you agree to them.

Our words and pictures

The Ollu name, owl mark, photographs and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

Ordering

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. The contract exists once we email you to confirm we've accepted it.

We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if we can't take payment, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we decline after you've paid, you get all your money back.

Prices

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds . Shipping is shown separately before you pay.

We try hard to price everything correctly. If we've made an obvious mistake — a price clearly wrong rather than merely low we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Paying

Payment is taken when you order, except cash on delivery. We never see or store your card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.

What we make

Everything is made by hand in small batches. Small variations in colour, weave and finish are normal and aren't faults they're what hand-making looks like.

Screens show colour differently, so what arrives may differ slightly from the photograph.

Safety and age guidance

Our toys carry age guidance. Please follow it, and check anything that's been loved hard from time to time seams, stitching, anything that's come loose.

Never leave a baby unattended with soft toys or loose fabric in a cot.

Returns

See our Refund policy. Your right to return within 14 days under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 stands regardless of anything in these terms.

Your account

If you make an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Privacy

We handle your data in line with our Privacy policy and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. We don't sell your information to anyone.
