Made by hand, sent with care. Here's how long each part takes.

Making time

• Ready-made pieces: dispatched within [1–2] working days.

• Made to order: [5–7] working days before dispatch. 

If something will take longer than this, we'll write and tell you before we start.

Paying on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready couriers often can't give change.

If a parcel goes missing

Tell us. We'll chase the courier and, if it's genuinely lost, remake or refund your order. You won't be left out of pocket for something that didn't arrive.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we'll resend it once you cover the second delivery.
