Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with what arrives. If you're not, you can send it back.
Your right to return — 14 days
Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may exchange any item or return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason and without paying any costs.
To return an item, it must be:
- in the same condition you received it, unworn and unwashed
- with its tags and labels still attached
- accompanied by your invoice or order number
Return Fees
A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
This cost may vary depending on the package’s weight, size, and return location.
If something is faulty
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange it, and we'll cover everything. Send us a photo at [olluboutique@outlook.com] and we'll arrange collection the same week.
What we can't take back
By law, a few things can't be returned:
- items made to your own specifications, such as a piece embroidered with a name.
- anything that has been worn, washed, or altered, or has come back to us in a condition it wasn't sold in.
- items where the packaging or nature of the product makes return impossible.
Everything else, including anything we make to order in a standard size, can be returned under the 14-day right above.
How to start a return
Email [olluboutique@outlook.com] with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply within [1–2] working days and arrange collection.
Getting your money back
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund you within 7 working days, to the same method you paid with. If you paid cash on delivery, we'll arrange a bank transfer we'll ask for your details then, never before.
Changing an order
If you've ordered but nothing has shipped, you can amend your order within 7 working days of placing it. Email us and we'll sort it.
